Bestone Jewelry Labor Skills Competition

From June 17 to 19, 2021, Bestone Successfully held the labor skills competition with the theme of "advocating the glory of labor and  carrying forward the spirit of craftsmen". There were 123 contestants participated in this skills competition, which was directed by  Xinhua District Labor Union and  sponsored by Bestone group Labor Union.

Bestone group labor skills competition is an important platform for the majority of employees to strengthen learning and exchange, hone skills, and enhance friendship. It is the actual test of talent training and selection of various departments. It is a fast channel  for Bestone group's outstanding skilled talents to stand out. It is beneficial to comprehensively improving the quality of the staff,  enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and promoting the rapid and great development of the enterprise.

There are four competition events: computer operation, sales talking, string beads, and packaging. The contestants are all well prepared for the competition, their every moves are not only showing their own technical level, but also play a good role in bench  marking among the staff.
